What is the length of a lease that we must sign with Executive Support Center?

First of all, Executive Support Center only requires a written contract on full-time offices. All other services are provided on an as needed basis. Full-time offices can be contracted on a monthly or yearly basis, with rates varying depending upon length of agreement.

Do we make our own telecommunications arrangements when we move to Executive Support Center?

Executive Support Center provides telecommunications to you including voice over T1, long distance, dial-up modem lines and high speed internet connectivity via T1. Telephone numbers are available within 24 hours for your use.

Is parking available for tenants and our guests, and what are the charges for parking?

Located in a suburban setting, Executive Support Center has ample free parking for all guests and tenants.

Do we hire our own clerical staff to assist us?
