Co-working at Executive Support Center starts individually for each of the businesses here. Some of our regular tenants are in before sunrise so they often chat with us at the front desk while sipping on the coffee we brew fresh every morning. Virtual clients begin checking in for various meetings in our conference rooms. They load up on coffee to get the day rolling while filling us in on how their weekends were.
We typically answer over one hundred phone calls for our clients on a daily basis and we take pride in effectively juggling calls during rush hour periods. It’s one additional step we take to help our clients manage their business and fully utilize their productivity time.
In between answering and routing calls, an overflowing bin of mail is delivered by our favorite postman. We notify those who have received packages, and then we begin the process of putting all bundles of mail away in designated mailboxes.
Our lobby is a revolving door of professionals and individuals or families here for a variety of reasons. Many conversations are struck up over coffee as they wait for their appointments. An attorney may pop out and ask us to copy some of their documents for them; another client emails us to confirm our staff members will be present to act as witness for a will signing.
When phones are quiet and mail is done, we often work on specific projects for our clients throughout the day. In addition to our reception services we offer editorial services as well. Do you have documents that need to be proofread or letters that need to be written? We can help.
